Marlin grew up in La Crescenta, where the current headquarters for her real estate enterprise is situated. After studying business in college, she got married and moved to the Glendale area. Upon bringing two beautiful daughters into the world, her family moved to La Cañada for the area’s coveted school district. Her path to top producing agent began at a different brokerage where she worked for a few months as a transaction coordinator. The role gave her enough information to recognize she could do so much more in the real estate industry. Having always exemplified a tireless work ethic and an affinity for multi-tasking, Marlin hit the ground running, building her business one call at a time.

She loves that, even with her impressive experience, she can still learn new techniques and strategies with each transaction. Since working in real estate allows Marlin to function as the CEO of her own business, she is able to create a work-life balance that works for her family. In her free time, she cherishes every moment spent with her husband and daughters, catching up with friends, and working out.
